Young-A KimThis is Young-A’s third and last year in literary magazine. She is so excited to be Editor-in-Chief! She loves literary magazine with all her soul and is excited to help with the production of next year’s magazine. Young-A loves dogs, candy corn, and the band No Vacation. When she is older, she wishes to join the Peace Corps, travel the world, and become rich so that when she retires, she can raise forty dogs in thirty acres of land behind her lofty cottage.
Geena is *crazy* excited to be the managing editor this year! She was dazzled by the club last year, and can’t wait to work with everyone to push out another production of the magazine! When procrastinating or just wants to relax, she can be found caring for her growing number of houseplants, watching Ratatouille for the 900th time, and listening to true crime podcasts. She loves listening to music by Conan Gray, Jeremy Zucker, Dayglow, Lorde, and so many other people! Geena hopes to pursue medicine as an Emergency Medicine doctor (even though she doesn’t really like Grey’s Anatomy) and open a floral shop in her kinda small hometown in Massachusetts.
Heidi KaplanLiterature EditorHi! I’m Heidi, I’m a senior and I will be one of the Pulp Lit Mag editors this upcoming year. I’m super excited to read all of the incoming pieces and do whatever I can to help students continue to write and read. Feel free to reach out to me for great book suggestions!

Isra QadriIsra is incredibly hyped to be Shadow EIC as she has thoroughly enjoyed every Pulp-related activity she’s partaken in so far. When she’s not ranting about politics or telling people about her ethnic background (she’s Kashmiri by the way), you can catch her reading a young adult novel, watching some type of BTS-related content, or being bitter about the time she got a 39.9/40 on an essay in 8th grade. She’s involved in Wootton’s Model UN team and March For Our Lives Maryland, and wants to pursue a career in government and politics so that she can feel more powerful that everyone else.
Annie WuLayout EditorAnnie is looking forward to working as Layout Editor this year. She wants all of Wootton's artists, writers, and performers to get the recognition they deserve through Lit Mag! Annie enjoys drawing all the time; whether it be on her tablet, a drawing notebook, or the margins of her English homework, a new doodle will end up somewhere. You can find her listening to NCT or watching an abnormal number of Alex Meyers' movie review videos. In the future, Annie aspires to pursue a filmmaking career in a bustling city.
Humnah IbrahimArt/Photography EditorHumnah is beyond excited to be this year’s art & photography editor for Pulp! She has been on Pulp staff since her freshman year, and can’t wait to create an amazing magazine this year! She encourages all of Wootton’s talented artists and photographers to submit their work for the magazine! When she’s not doing homework, or attending Lit Mag meetings or Stage Crew, Humnah can be found longboarding, shooting photography, or designing stickers for her small business, Hummark! In the future, Humnah hopes to study criminal justice or law and eventually travel the world :)
